National Railway Museum Hotel & Visitor Information
The National Railway Museum offers visitors an opportunity to view a collection of more than 100 historic and modern rail vehicles, from locomotives and passenger cars to and royal train saloons dating from the time of Queen Victoria. Popular exhibits include the 1846 Furness Railway Coppernob locomotive and the famous Flying Scotsman train.In addition to the museum's rail vehicles exhibit, visitors can also view signaling equipment, model trains, train clocks, railway furnishings, tickets, uniforms, photographs, railway publications, engineering plans, and railway equipment. The National Railway Museum also features a variety of revolving exhibits and special events throughout the year.

Visitors can dine at one of two restaurants in Station Hall and in the Great Hall, both offering a variety of menu options.
